How Does It Works?

- Fuel: Petrol/diesel used on the boat trip, must be paid at the check out.

- 21% VAT: Is a European value added tax and the rate in Spain is 21%. It will be added to the deposit of the charter and the final balance.

- Tips to the crew: Giving a tip to your captain and crew is completely voluntary and entirely up to you. We recommend tipping around 10% based on your experience.

- Mooring at any other harbour.

- Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) is an advance payment required to be made to fund estimated boarding costs of the charter price used to cover the costs of yacht preparation, requested supplies, port, mooring and other legal charges and fees, diesel and fuel, communications, crew gratuities, extras and depends on guest particular request for services, itinerary, food, beverages etc.

- The boat is insured with an initial deposit of 50% fully refundable for any reason 30 days prior to the charter.

- In case of cancellation or NO SHOW on the day of the charter, the client will lose the full amount of the reservation and also is responsible for the cancellation fees related to extras such as the water toys.

- In case of adverse weather conditions like very strong winds, high waves or thunderstorms we reserve the right to cancel the charter.

- The Captain will determine on the day if it is safe to go sailing and if to go ahead with the charter. If it is not possible to reschedule the charter, a full refund will be offered.
